Green Giraffe Advisory is proud to announce its role in advising Enerlis on a significant investment agreement with WSC. This landmark deal will see WSC investing €150 million in energy efficiency-as-a-service projects in Powesco, a French platform dedicated to sustainable renovation solutions.

This investment is part of the mandate of WDIF II, WSC’s decarbonization infrastructure fund. The platform will offer funded energy efficiency-as-a-service solutions through long-term contracts, allowing private companies and public administrations to reduce their energy consumption without upfront capital requirements, ensuring both financial and environmental sustainability.
