If required, we can bring in a pool of technical experts and sub-contractors for all requisite studies and independent reports to provide support to the development process (permitting, consent, technical design). Our contracting experts review and negotiate all contracts, from the EPC and O&M contracts to the power purchase agreement, land lease, etc. We will ensure that the project can raise equity and/or debt and will support the process to financial close
