Green Giraffe assisted Eteck in closing a EUR 225 M financing for a portfolio of heat projects
Dutch heat provider Eteck closed a EUR 225 M financing with Rabobank, ING, ASN Bank and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.. Green Giraffe was mandated as the exclusive financial advisor to structure the transaction and to raise the financing.
Eteck develops, owns and operates sustainable, collective and decentralized installations with which they supply heat and/or cold, both in new and existing buildings. They are involved from development and realization to contracting and operation.
The financing includes a refinancing of Eteck’s existing projects, a construction financing for the realization of the current new construction and renovation projects and a growth financing for future heat projects in both new and existing buildings. This will enable Eteck to realize current and future growth and maximize its impact on the Dutch heat transition.
