Two Towers, an innovative 19 MW offshore wind farm developed by a consortium including Van Oord, was sold to fund manager Octopus Energy Generation. Two Towers brings five innovations in operation, most importantly the innovative slip joint connection. Amongst the other innovations that have been implemented at the site is a revolutionary eco-design used for scour protection that promote more marine biodiversity around the wind farm.
