Green Giraffe advised Progression Energy on the formation of a joint venture to develop its 800 MW floating offshore wind project in Japan
Green Giraffe provided financial advisory services to Progression Energy in relation to the newly formed joint venture between Progression Energy, Aker Offshore Wind, and Mainstream Renewable Power. The joint venture will see Aker Offshore Wind and Mainstream take an initial 50 percent ownership stake in Progression Energy’s 800 MW floating offshore project in Japan. The project is a well-formed early-stage development opportunity that the parties will collectively continue to mature.
