Prior to joining Green Giraffe Advisory, Frederic worked in Investment Banking at Jefferies, where he focused on public takeovers led by financial sponsors. In addition, he was involved in a number of traditional private M&A transactions, supporting clients across different stages of the deal process. Through this work, he gained broad exposure to transaction execution, complex stakeholder environments, and fast‑paced, collaborative deal teams.
