Green Giraffe supports OnPeak Power in setting up a solar development funding JV with Kenlov Renewable Energy and Ashtrom Renewable Energy
Green Giraffe provided financial advisory services to OnPeak Power, a US-based utility-scale solar developer, in relation to the newly formed joint venture between OnPeak Power, Kenlov Renewable Energy and Ashtrom Renewable Energy. The joint venture will focus on the development of OnPeak Power’s current and future pipeline of solar projects in Texas and other US regions, with an initial focus on 4 projects totaling approximately 1,100 MWdc.
