Green Giraffe supported Monaco Energies Renouvelables on the acquisition of a majority stake in a 38 MW portfolio of French PV assets
Green Giraffe supported Monaco Energies Renouvelables, a renewable energy company owned by Monaco Government’s and Société Monégasque de l’Electricité et du Gaz on the acquisition of a majority stake in a 38 MW portfolio of French PV assets. The assets, which have been commissioned in 2014, were put up for sale by a fund that is managed by the Swiss investment manager SUSI Partners AG and O&M operators/asset managers Altus Energy and Solaïs. Everoze (technical), SK & Partners (legal), and Deloitte (accounting & tax), advised on the buyers’ side.
