Green Giraffe provided corporate finance advisory services to Simply Blue Group, a leading marine energy developer with a development pipeline of more than 9 GW of floating offshore wind.
On 9 August 2021 the process closed with Octopus Renewables (via Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc, as well as other funds managed by Octopus) announcing a EUR 15 M investment in equity in Simply Blue, becoming a 24% shareholder in Simply Blue Group.
Green Giraffe acted as sole financial advisor for the capital raise.
