Green Giraffe advised an infrastructure fund in the evaluation of a set of wind farms in France. The portfolio encompassed 130 MW of operational assets as well as a development pipeline. The mission included a complete due diligence on the project and finance documentations in comparison to market standards, a risk assessment of the transaction and the valuation of the portfolio, using a tailor-made financial model.
