Green Giraffe advised French developer Eolfi on defining a contractual structure with its suppliers to develop a 24 MW floating offshore wind farm in France
Green Giraffe provided advisory services to Eolfi, a French offshore wind developer, on elaborating a contractual structure and associated heads of terms between the project and its contractors.
In 2016, Eolfi was selected by the French government to develop, build and operate a floating pilot wind farm located off the coast of Brittany, in Groix. The park which combines 4 turbines of 6 MW each, is expected to be commissioned by 2021.
