Green Giraffe was mandated by Areva, the French turbine supplier, to assist them in their negotiations with Windreich, the developer of the MEG1 project, with respect to the turbine supply contract in the context of the requirements associated with the proposed financing structure of the project. MEG1 is a 400 MW offshore wind situated 61 km off the coast of Germany and was expected at the time to be built in 2015.
