Green Giraffe was mandated as sole financial advisor by blue economy energy developer Simply Blue Energy, to raise equity to develop floating offshore wind projects in UK Celtic Sea.
In Q1 2020, Total New Energies entered into a joint venture with Simply Blue Energy. The newly established joint venture, Blue Gem Wind, will focus on developing some of the first floating offshore wind projects with pre-commercial size.
