Project Toha is the sale of a 25 MW solar PV farm in Almere, combined with a position suitable for a 20 MW / 40 MWh battery development, developed by Solar Proactive. They sold 100% of the shares in the project to Novar. Green Giraffe was mandated as an exclusive financial advisor to lead the transaction.
Green Giraffe provided sell-side transaction support as well as development support where required. Tasks included:

- Negotiation of financial documentation
“Zonnepark Almere A27”, located along the A27-highway in the province of Flevoland, will contribute significantly to the municipality’s goal to reach energy neutrality by 2030. The project will deliver renewable electricity to 7,500 households.
